YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
GANNI Digital is on an exciting journey to strengthen the core of our tech stack – ERP. We’re looking for an ERP Specialist to optimize our current setup and help shape the platform for the future.
You’ll work in the ERP team, reporting to the ERP Manager, while collaborating with external developers and stakeholders across Logistics, Supply Chain, Retail, and Customer Service.
In this role, you’ll represent ERP in cross-functional projects—driving scoping, analysis, and design, and acting as a trusted technical advisor through implementation. You’ll also lead smaller optimization initiatives with a focus on process improvements and play a key role post–go-live to ensure smooth operations.
Looking ahead, you’ll support GANNI’s strategic ERP journey, contributing to process mapping and laying the foundation for future-proof solutions.
To succeed, you’ll combine strong process understanding with curiosity and collaboration, building solid relationships across teams and translating business needs into efficient, scalable solutions. Documentation, process mapping, and continuous refinement will be central to your impact.
- Lead and drive ERP optimization initiatives and play an important part in further optimizing our current processes and solutions to ensure operational excellence.
- Lead and drive external development resources.
- Represent ERP in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Play a key role in the ERP Journey and participate in different tasks that would help us prepare for changing or upgrading our ERP platform.
- Establish a close collaboration across business departments such as Logistics, Finance, Retail and Customer Service.
- Responsible for documentation of processes, rules and configurations.
- Contribute your expertise in designing the solution by requirements and ensuring quality assurance through testing.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Extensive experience with ERP systems.
- Proven track record in ERP integration projects (WMS, RFID, wholesale platforms or the like).
- Experience of working from a holistic perspective and translating business needs into a technical plan: design, system and integrations.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Business Processes within Direct-to-Consumer sales and Business-to-Business Sales.
- Experience of mapping processes and documentation in connection with ERP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
- Experience of working with several external development vendors and vendor management. Show a willingness to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment and being able to take decisions and work independently.
ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE
- Experience from a cloud-based ERP solution.
- Experience from an ERP implementation or upgrade.
- Experience from an international environment.
- Experience with multiple legal entities that need to comply with a multitude of statutory requirements
- Have experience with Navision 2015/Trimit, NewStore, ID Cloud, Centric, Joor, WMS. Experience of agile methodology.
