Job Summary
Tetra Pak Ingredients Solutions, located in Aarhus, Denmark, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Export and Logistics Coordinator to support our export team with logistics, order handling, and minor project coordination. Our unit provides ingredients and consumables to industrial ice cream, dairy & beverage manufacturers worldwide.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end export process, ensuring timely and accurate order handling, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and supplier
What you will do
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of order handling and shipping to designated regions
- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Evaluate and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Prepare quotations in accordance with internal procedures and manage contract/order entry within authorized limits
- Review and confirm order details with customers to ensure all requirements are clearly defined and documented
- Collaborate with Sales Drivers to align contract details and customer expectations
- Ensure export documentation complies with customer and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and update customer/supplier databases relevant to your area
- Coordinate purchases from external suppliers as needed for order fulfilment
- Book and optimize transport and logistics solutions for cost-effective and timely delivery
- Support other tasks related to ingredients and consumables as required
We believe you have
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship with a focus on logistics
- Min 3–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation—ideally within the food industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
- Experience in sales analytics and forecasting (e.g., analyzing sales trends)
- Familiarity with export documentation, certificates, and insurance or technical regulations
- Knowledge of import/export and customs regulations is an advantage
As a person, you have
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and structure
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Danish is highly valued
- Ability to maintain overview and deliver high service levels under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong drive—equally motivated by routine tasks and complex assignments
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues during peak periods
