We are looking for a new member to join our team, who can improve the way we plan, coordinate and execute our inbound supply. As a Nordic Supply Planner, you will ensure a stable and effective supply of products sourced via intercompany or 3rd party suppliers. This includes full life cycle responsibility with primary focus on ensuring product availability, accurate forecast, inventory controlling, mitigation of write-off’s, and development of flexible supply setup. A crucial part of your role will involve improving supply performance through analytics and collaborative participation in cross-functional initiatives and projects. A structured and analytical mindset, solid ERP system knowledge, and strong stakeholder management skills are must-haves in this role to succeed.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Planning and managing orders from selected intercompany and 3rd party suppliers, to ensure availability and stock targets are met. Operationally lead execution and if necessary, support various last mile actions. All in accordance with GDP standards.
Stakeholder management across functions including commercial, quality and customer service functions to set the right priorities and drive the right actions.
Ensuring successful launches by following products from project until first sales and resupply together with our Business Development team. This includes coordinating setups, master data, first production, release and first sales.
Analyzing both supply and sales forecast data to ensure the most suitable input for effective supply planning. Challenge business on forecast accuracy and claimed sales projections.
Working with supply planning teams on how systems are used and run our processes. Suggesting and driving improvement initiatives.
Support with ad hoc task – mostly data and analysis focused.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, operations management or related field.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management, purchasing, constraints and productivities in manufacturing, capacity planning, inventory management and control, and logistics.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Experience working with Windows Office package is essential (extended competences in Excel)
Knowledge of relevant tools and systems e.g. SAP, SAP HANA, Kinaxis Maestro, QlikSense etc.
Ability to act in a fast-paced environment while being quality conscious and well-organized with an eye for details
