Are you ready to lead ambitious, cross-functional projects that will redefine how a global MedTech supply chain operates? Do you have a strong foundation in tech-enabled transformation projects, and supply chain strategy implementations?
Ambu is transforming – and this is your opportunity to lead real change.
We’re establishing a brand-new Supply Chain Transformation department within our Global Supply Chain organization, and we’re looking for multiple Senior Project Managers to join us on this journey. In this role, you won’t just drive strategic, high-impact projects – you will also help shape the function itself. That means defining ways of working, building our transformation “toolbox,” and laying the foundation for how we deliver change across the global supply chain.
At Ambu, we’re on an ambitious growth journey - scaling our operations and capabilities to meet the rising global demand for our innovative medical solutions. As part of this journey, you will join a highly motivated team that values initiative, impact, and collaboration - and you’ll have a front-row seat in driving the evolution of our global supply chain.
Your mission
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of high-impact transformation projects or project streams within our global supply chain. These projects will span strategy execution, process improvement, ERP rollouts, and cross-functional change initiatives. You’ll be at the forefront of driving structured change and delivering measurable value to the business.
This is a high-exposure role ideal for someone with strong project management capabilities and the confidence to lead across functions, geographies, and seniority levels.
In this role, you will report to the Director, Supply Chain Transformation.
Key responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead strategic transformation projects and project streams across the global supply chain
- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives with end-to-end accountability
- Lead cross-functional teams and engage with key stakeholders across Supply Chain, IT, Commercial, Finance, and Operations
- Manage project scope, timelines, risk, and communications to ensure successful outcomes
- Support rollout of global ERP program and ensure successful integration into business processes
- Contribute to the transformation roadmap, bringing structure, transparency, and momentum to key initiatives
- Play a central role in anchoring change and driving long-term process excellence across the organization
Suggested candidate profile
Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have:
- 6–10 years of experience in project or program management within supply chain, operations, or transformation roles
- You may have gained your experience from a consultancy or by driving supply chain projects internally within an organization
- Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects or driving transformation initiatives enabled by ERP and supply chain systems (e.g., APS, WMS)
- Strong supply chain background across relevant functions (planning, logistics, manufacturing, etc.)
- Experience in cross-functional leadership in a global organization
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A structured, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented approach
- Ability to lead with confidence, drive decision-making, and maintain momentum in complex environments
- Fluency in English
- Ability to travel internationally for 20-25 days per year as part of global initiatives
Please note that due to the vacation period, the interview process will start in mid-August.
