Global S&OP/IBP Process Lead - Supply Chain

Your Role:
As a Global S&OP/IBP Process Lead you are responsible for the core Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process design and execution, as well as the global inventory management strategy and the supply network planning process.
S&OP / IBP Process
- Coordinate the execution of the IBP Process steps with the aim of reaching consensus on a single operating plan that balances demand with supply, keeping financial and operational plans aligned toward the strategic business goals.
- Govern and chair the executive IBP, ensuring transparency at executive level and appropriate escalation of supply and demand imbalances for decision making.
- Implement controls to ensure the process is carried out in compliance with the design, and train end-users accordingly.
- Be the driving force to continuously improve S&OP/IBP and bring the process and system to the next level of digitization. Drive excellence in the IBP reporting suite to support data-informed decision making, and leverage the SAP IBP/APO technology.
Inventory Management Srategy
- Develop, govern, and own effective inventory management strategy and policy for the global supply chain network, to optimize inventory levels, minimize excess stock and reduce stock-outs.
- Engage with Finance to build stronger processes and a closer relationship to report and optimize inventory levels.
- Develop and implement processes and tools for tracking and reporting inventory performance metrics that support business goals.
- Analyze and interpret data. Develop insights that inform inventory and planning decisions.
- Collaborate with technical staff to identify and implement improvements in inventory management and planning tools and systems (SAP and Power BI)
Supply Network Planning Process / Replenishment Planning
- Develop, govern, and own the global supply network planning process that establishes the overall replenishment strategy in LEO Pharma, including maintenance of and easy access to the process documentation.
- Ensure adherence to the process across the organization, including regular maintenance of supply parameters in the system.
Your Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Supply Chain.
- Solid experience, 8-10 years, in a similar role (with IBP/S&OP and Business Planning Processes design and execution)
- Strong business acumen with extensive end-to-end supply chain experience, coupled with a solid understanding of finance and commercial functions, and how these areas are closely interlinked to drive overall business performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and deliver clear, concise messages to senior leadership and other key decision-makers, including great storytelling with data.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and APS (APO, IBP)
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including change management.
- Maneuvering comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics.
- Familiarity with the use of Power BI and/or SAP SAC is a plus.
- APICS certification is a plus.
