About the Role
As Program Lead – Substream, you will be responsible for executing key deliverables and managing escalations within the OPS substream of the strategic Workstream. You’ll collaborate across functions, support stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the OPS substream deliveries of a larger Workstream initiative
- Translate and consolidate diverse deliverables across teams
- Drive stakeholder alignment
- Support stakeholders in meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Facilitate alternative solutions to overcome delivery challenges
- Report escalations and performance updates to the Chief Program Manager
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with a strong background in cross functional leadership and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 7–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing
- Experience in global matrix organizations
- Proven track record in developing and implementing processes
- Strategic execution experience in complex business environments
- Grundfos experience is a plus—but not required
Skills & Competencies
- Deep knowledge of operations, supply chain, or similar domains
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to influence across hierarchies and drive change
- Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement
- Technical, functional, and professional acumen
