About the teams
Fixed Income Trading
- In our Fixed Income Trading team, we provide competitive pricing and manage risk across a diverse portfolio of interest rate products. Our specialized trading desks cover instruments including interest rate derivatives, bonds and cross-currency swaps.
- In this role, you will help price, execute and risk-manage client requests & orders. This involves managing market-making book risk exposure within established risk parameters and contributing to the ongoing development & enhancement of our electronic trading platform. You will collaborate closely with sales teams and analysts to deliver exceptional client service and solutions.

Foreign Exchange (FX) Trading
- In FX Trading, we are several trading desks covering the products FX Spot, FX Forwards/Swaps and FX Options. We work closely with tech and sales to create an FX franchise with a diverse background in skills and knowledge which enable our continuous journey towards being more relevant, profitable and robust in the fast-paced and ever-changing financial market.
- In this role, you will get hands-on experience in trading a range of FX products with focus on being relevant to our customers which range from the smallest business banking customers to the small and mid-sized corporates to the large corporates and institutions.
- This involves market making, managing risk and analysing the market. You will be part of developing our franchise with focus on enhancing and automating our trading activities, utilising data enabled by your quantitative skillset.

Trading Capital
- In the Trading Capital team, we work with all business areas and main stakeholders across Markets to analyse and optimise capital consumption and profitability. We combine our in-depth knowledge of financial products, excellent communication with the trading desks and IT tools to achieve this. We create value to our trading franchise by providing insight into capital development, driving business initiatives and by actively mitigating macro risks. We are constantly researching new strategies, products and innovative ideas to improve profitability. We look at profitability both in the current and future regulatory framework and, therefore, we aim at addressing both compliance to existing and upcoming regulatory requirements.
Who you are
We are looking for curious and highly motivated team players with positive can-do attitudes and high levels of commitment and passion for trading. Responsibility, attention to detail and thriving in a fast-paced environment are all key qualities for these roles.
Your background and skills include:
- Maximum two years’ work experience post-graduation from university
- Master’s degree in finance, economics, STEM or similar
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written – comfortability with a Scandinavian language is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Programming knowledge and excellent Excel competences is an advantage
