EPOS is looking for a Student Assistant, Supply Chain
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and demonstrate a can-do attitude. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to various key functions within our organization.
We are looking for someone who can work on average 15 hours per week at our office in Ballerup. We are of course flexible around exam periods, and we do allow working from home when the tasks allow it, so you can balance work and study.
In this role, your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the Supply Chain team with inventory management decisions both at finished goods level and component level
- Inventory & Sales Data analyses and reporting
- Coordinating of phase in/phase out activities (balancing inventory coverage with minimal material liabilities, communication of product availability, maintenance of correct master data)
- Coordinating of mini-projects eg. Management of product availability in relation to changing regulatory requirements, changing duty charges and other ad-hoc issues affecting several teams/departments
- Supporting the master data team in maintaining updated definitions, data governance, and cross-functional processes
- Updating existing processes and standard operating procedures and support creating new ones.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Marketing and Communications, or a related field
- Experience in PowerBI and Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage
- Structured and Attention to detail
- Advanced understanding of inventory management policies, procurement and demand forecasting
- Strong analytical abilities (interpreting sales & inventory data, generating reports and proposing possible courses of action to management)
- Project management skills for lower scale projects
- Proficiency in Excel.
