We're looking for a Student Assistant with a flair and/or interest in learning Power BI, Power Apps, in general Power Platform and structured thinking — someone who’s excited to explore how technology can make teams more
efficient, projects more transparent, and outcomes better for patients worldwide.
Your day in Ferring
- Support our Project Management Office (PMO) with everyday coordination tasks — from keeping timelines tidy to prepping insightful dashboards.
- Help maintain and improve project-related databases, documents, and reports.
- Build Power BI visualizations or Power Apps that support decision-making and process optimization.
- Be part of meetings, take minutes, follow up on action items — and learn the ropes of project management in pharma.
- Assist in process improvement, data clean-up, and exploring new digital tools.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing communications to ensure smooth operations.
What we are looking for
- You’ve just started (or are early in) a degree in Business, Project Management, Digital Innovation or similar — and you want to get ahead.
- You’re comfortable in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint — and have played around with Power BI or Power Apps.
- You’re structured, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or try something new.
- You enjoy working in a team but can also run solo when needed.
- You speak and write English clearly and confidently.
