YOUR TEAM
As a Scrum Master, you’ll become part of a dynamic, agile team consisting of developers, analysts, architects and a Product Owner. The team is passionate about delivering innovative solutions and continuously improving our supply chain and logistics processes. Primarily located in Brande, Denmark, and Málaga, Spain, the team collaborates across borders to support BESTSELLER’s logistics and supply chain operations. YOUR ROLE
As Scrum Master and People Lead, you play a key dual role: you’re the agile backbone of the team and the people’s trusted partner. On the one hand, you coach and facilitate the team to continuously improve how they work, stay focused on their goals, and deliver real impact. On the other hand, you lead with heart and purpose – empowering individuals to grow, thrive and contribute to a strong team culture.
You will:
- Drive the agile setup and help the team work efficiently, deliver value, and lift end-to-end ownership.
- Facilitate group development activities, focused on competence development
- Be a servant leader and facilitator who removes obstacles, fosters creativity, and strengthens collaboration within and across teams.
- Cultivate an environment of trust, curiosity, and high performance where psychological safety and honest feedback are cornerstones.
- Take ownership of all people-related matters in the team – from hiring and onboarding to growth, feedback and well-being.
- Challenge and support each individual to thrive in their role and grow their potential, helping shape a high-performing, self-managing team.

You are an agile leader with a people-first mindset. You’re motivated by developing others and growing strong, collaborative teams – and you enjoy balancing structure with flexibility. Your leadership style is rooted in coaching, listening and enabling others to succeed, but you’re also not afraid to speak up, challenge status quo and push for better.
We imagine you bring:
- Experience as a Scrum Master or agile coach – ideally combined with people leadership responsibilities.
- A strong understanding of agile frameworks and the ability to tailor them to team needs
- Proven ability to foster trust, feedback culture, and psychological safety in diverse teams.
- Passion for people development and team dynamics – you know when to coach, when to mentor, and when to facilitate.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build bridges between team, stakeholders and the wider organisation.
- Curiosity, courage and humility – you lead by example and continuously invest in your own growth.
- Excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken.

WORK LOCATION:
Your primary base will be Brande, Denmark - however, you should be prepared to occasionally work from other locations, particularly our key logistics site at the distribution center in Haderslev, Denmark.
