Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic people development by aligning talent strategies with business goals to support growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Partner on recruitment activities, including role scoping and interviews.
- Lead and facilitate the rollout of People initiatives in alignment with our Leadership Team.
- Advise managers on employment law and internal People policies.
- Support and guide change management processes in close collaboration with leadership.
- Contribute to employee retention strategies with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Act as a liaison between business areas and the People team, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Empower teams with the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed - ensuring alignment with Inpay’s mission and values.
- Foster a positive and high-performing work environment by addressing employee concerns and supporting strong team dynamics.
Your Profile
- 5 + years of experience in a People Business Partner or HR Manager role, ideally within a scale-up or fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in project management and with implementing people initiatives across an organization.
- Broad knowledge of the full People/HR toolbox and Danish Employment law.
- Strong stakeholder management, coaching and communication skills.
- Experience from Tech and Financial companies is an advantage
