Lead Solutions Engineer ( Hands On ) – Integrations & Plugins
Location: Copenhagen or London preferred. Hybrid remote. Occasional travel (~10–15 days/quarter) to client sites across Northern/Central Europe.

We’re hiring a Lead Solutions Engineer – Integrations & Plugins to drive scalable architecture, reduce custom code, and shape the plugin and SDK experience across our platform.
This is a strategic, hands-on IC role embedded with product, engineering, and delivery—not a services or ticket-handling position.
Your Impact
- Design and document patterns for OAuth2/SAML, batch ingestion, and webhook/event flows
- Lead client-facing architecture discussions from discovery through go-live
- Shape our plugin framework and internal tooling strategy
- Build integration scaffolding and prototypes in TS/Python/Go
- Align product, platform, and delivery around extensibility best practices
You’re a Fit If You Have:
- 7+ years in engineering or integration architecture roles
- Deep experience with APIs, auth protocols, and iPaaS/plugin ecosystems
- Hands-on with TypeScript, Python or Golang
- Strong communicator with enterprise client-facing experience
- Familiarity with AWS-native tooling (API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS)
Bonus Points For:
- Building plugin platforms or extensible SDKs
- Working in wealthtech, fintech, or regulated domains
- Contributing to developer platforms or open-source tools
