DDI supports the entire GN Group and we are responsible for managing and developing our IT system landscape that supports the entire organization in advancing major technology shifts with intelligent audio and video solutions.
How is it to work at GN?
“As our new Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be situated in the center of our ongoing platform transformation, providing a prime opportunity to grow as an IT professional and help shape the GN’s future digital platforms”, says Director of Core Platforms, Rasmus Jæger, who you will report to.
Ensure the Salesforce platform evolution across the GN Group
At our global HQ located in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be working closely with both business-, and technology stakeholders, including Domain-, Solution-, and Enterprise Architects, Software Development Teams, DevOps, and Quality Assurance, to make sure we transition into a purposeful and scalable ecosystem of Salesforce platforms.
As our new Salesforce Technical Architect, you work strategically - and tactically - in delivering our future enterprise platform ecosystem and play an integral role in defining the Platform Roadmaps together with our technical teams.
You are part of a team of other Domain- and Solution Architects in Digital Customer Experience & Innovation - the digital arm of the GN Group - where your main responsibilities include:
- Developing architectural visions and roadmaps for our portfolio of Salesforce products.
- Defining solution frameworks for our internal community of Salesforce developers, configurators, administrators, and users.
- Supporting Solution Architects and development teams on technical implementations on the platform.
- Working in a consultative fashion to improve collaboration and alignment amongst business- and technical teams across our organization.
- Conducting PoC’s to explore and vet future technical solutions to ensure purposeful platform evolution across our Salesforce portfolio.
- Keep up to date on the latest Salesforce releases, upcoming features, product roadmaps, and advise on how to best evolve our platforms.

We imagine that you are curious by nature, are actively involved from designing & prototyping, to implementing vetted solutions into production.
You enjoy working in a global, agile environment, where you can challenge yourself - and your colleagues - to find optimal solutions. We are open to your background and experience but imagine that you have:
- A relevant technical educational background - for example at a master’s level within Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent.
- Well-developed Program and Project management abilities, where you are used to lead Salesforce architecture and technical teams A-Z.
- Solid experience with full Salesforce implementation (any cloud - e.g. within Sales, Service, Commerce, CPQ, OMS, Marketing or others).
- Stakeholder-, and change- management abilities; You enjoy interacting with a variety of stakeholders across business- and technology domains and are motivated in ensuring the evolution of our digital platform ecosystem.
- A consultative approach to your work, where you improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.
- Good understanding of Agile Methodologies and stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps/release process.
- Are fluently in written and spoken English and you are comfortable communicating with others.
