We are seeking a highly proactive, motivated and self-driven Distribution Sales Manager to join our Nordic/Benelux sales team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and demonstrate a can-do attitude.
The successful candidate understands the distribution model, working with Tier1 & Tier2 channel strategy. Have strong channel sales experience, know what motivates partners and customers to buy with the knowledge to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The Distribution Sales Manager will be part of an experienced team of sales associates working together independently to increase the sales success of our distributor and reseller partners.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Distribution Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the number of distributors and sale of the EPOS enterprise products. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels as well as developing and executing business plans to drive revenue growth through the EPOS distribution channel while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to develop, implement, and execute business/account plans and channel programs to drive profitable revenue growth
- Create and maintain effective partner relationships
- Schedule business reviews with distributor sales & marketing teams
- Assist Channel Sales Managers by generating opportunities in the channel to maintain a healthy revenue pipeline
- Make joint prospecting/sales calls with partners
- Gather intelligence and submit timely reports on the state of business
- Educate distributor and reseller partners and augment existing field resources, drive awareness of our brand
- Organize content and train representatives on products, promotions and programs
- Conduct partner floor days, promotions, lunch and learns, and other events
- Attend and present at regional events when necessary
- Maintain effective communication with direct manager and other members of the channel sales team
- Promote a positive work atmosphere
Qualifications:
What we are looking for:
- Preferably 10+ years’ experience with a significant history of sales performance may be substituted for education requirement
- 3-5 years of successful sales performance in the technology industry
- Previous channel experience preferred
- Strong financial experience with the ability to track and forecast revenue
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective use of company CRM and data management tools. (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Speak and write fluent English
- Verbal as oral in any of the Scandinavian language. Do you master Dutch language it is considered as a plus.
