At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit an Equipment Sales manager for Nordics and Baltics. You will be part of the equipment sales team with focus on Fertility Solution equipment and technical services and report to the Regional Sales Manager. This position is field based and will cover hospitals and private IVF clinics in the region. You will be part of a growing and developing business from the outset.
The position is homebased from Denmark or Sweden.
Position
As an Equipment Sales manager with CooperSurgical your role will be meeting customers and driving sales from start to implementation. You will have experience creating strong customer relationships and communicating with different stakeholders within Hospitals and Clinics including internal stakeholders in Coopersurgical. Its not the first time you have worked with solution sales, executed on the activities through other departments and driven strong cross functional collaboration.
You are used to tender markets including executing sales via tenders. Its an advance to have driven sales projects across departments.
You have an eye for business opportunities and skills to implement market strategies. You are self-motivated, driven, and have a positive and energetic personality. You enjoy delivering results and working in a team. With a can-do attitude you will support your colleagues, as they in turn support you, sharing skills and knowledge along the way.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop customer relationships
- Grow sales through understanding of market dynamics, customer needs and acting on opportunities
- Drive the sales process 360degree- strategy to implementation
- Ensure communication, sales, and promotion of CSI products to relevant KOL
- Engage all relevant stakeholders internally and externally
- Managing Equipment and service sales pipeline
- Educational background: business administration, scientific, engineering, nurse, clinical specialist
- + 5 years of experience in a field sales role- Preferable capital equipment or medical device
- Project management skills are preferred
- Tactical, structured, and goal-oriented approach
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Responsive, curious and with a proactive attitude
- Assertiveness and Can-do attitude (high engagement and result-oriented work culture)
