We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support & Collateral Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in supporting revenue growth by producing high-quality commercial documentation, crafting tailored sales proposals, managing CRM data integrity, and developing compelling presentations for prospective clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and brings a blend of writing, organization, and tech-savvy skills to the sales process. Experience in the Aerospace and Defence sector is advantageous.
As a Sales Support & Collateral Coordinator your will be involved in....
Proposal & Documentation Development
- Draft and format persuasive proposals, RFP responses, and pricing documentation tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a library of up-to-date sales collateral, boilerplates, and commercial templates.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, branding, and messaging across all customer-facing documents.
Presentation Creation
- Design and produce engaging presentations for use in sales meetings, demos, and conferences.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency and storytelling across visual materials.
CRM Management
- Maintain the accuracy of data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (HubSpot).
- Track opportunities, update deal stages, assign tasks, and generate sales performance reports in conjunction with the sales team.
- Help provide insights from CRM analytics to support sales strategy and forecasting.
Sales Team Support
- Coordinate with sales executives and account managers to ensure timely delivery of client materials.
- Prepare briefing documents for prospect meetings and assist with follow-ups.
- Identify process improvements to increase sales efficiency and documentation quality.
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct research on target markets, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Provide actionable insights to help shape go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and messaging.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to identify emerging opportunities or threats
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or proposal writing.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva).
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail and tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defence sector.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, legal, product).
- Familiarity with commercial contracts and B2B sales processes.
- Graphic or presentation design experience is a plus.
