As an experienced hire in our OI&DS team, you will start as a Senior Manager or Director, playing a pivotal role in driving commercial success and leading client projects within the Consumer and Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) industries. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing business operations, enhancing process excellence, and leading business transformations enabled by technology implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and drive sales growth within the targeted industries. Target areas for sales include process optimization, operations excellence, operating model design, tech-enabled business transformation, and program / transformation management.
- Market Analysis: Stay close to the market to identify emerging opportunities and trends within the Consumer and Energy, Resource & Industrials industries.
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and position Deloitte's offerings as solutions to their challenges. Lead client projects to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Project Leadership: Drive and lead complex client projects from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Balance project leadership with sales activities to achieve commercial objectives.
- Networking: Build and maintain a strong network within the industry to leverage business opportunities and enhance client relationships.
- Collaboration across Deloitte: Work collaboratively across Deloitte to align on commercial activities and drive large-scale pursuits.
- Talent Development: Play an active role in developing our junior talent through e.g. coaching as part of project delivery.
Qualifications
What you bring to the team:
- 10+ years of experience within the Consumer and/or Energy, Resource & Industrials industries, with a strong focus on client delivery and engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing large-scale engagements, with a proven ability to deliver high-impact solutions to clients.
- Experience in driving business transformations enabled by tech enablers is an advantage, including mastery in relevant methods and tools: process re-engineering, operating model design, transformation leadership.
- Deep knowledge of industry-specific processes, methodologies, and challenges, enabling effective support of commercial activities and strategic decision-making.
- A proactive and commercially focused mindset, with a passion for fostering business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Must be proficient in English, additionally, proficient in a Nordic language is preferred.
- Must have residency in an EU country.
