Are you curious about business strategy, enjoy diving into numbers, and want to see your work directly impact growth and customer satisfaction? Then this might be your next move.
At GlobalConnect, we’re building the future of digital infrastructure in the Nordics and Germany — and we want you to help us shape how we go to market. As a Commercial Manager in our B2B unit, you’ll work on real business problems, explore market opportunities, and turn ideas into tangible outcomes for SMBs, large enterprises, and the public sector.
You'll work with colleagues from Sales, Product, CX, and Marketing — and be part of a commercial team that’s growing in both size and influence. Whether you’re crafting strategies, analyzing pricing models, or launching new offers, your work will have clear business impact.
This role is a great fit as a first inhouse role for someone coming from consultancy or as a good developmental step for someone from the industry. Either way, if you enjoy working across teams, get energy from breaking down complexity into smart solutions, and want to grow your commercial toolbox in an European environment - this is the role for you.
Some of the things you’ll get to work on:
- Build and update commercial strategies for B2B segments, backed by data and insights
- Design and roll out new offers and value propositions together with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to go-to-market plans and coordinate launches
- Analyze trends, pricing, and performance — and turn insights into actions
Why join this team?
You’ll join a team that’s still evolving — and you’ll help shape what comes next. We’re collaborative, curious, and like to keep things practical. You’ll get real responsibility from day one, but always with the support of a team that shares knowledge and works together.
We believe in finding smart, simple solutions that make a real difference — both for our customers and our business. And we know that building the future of telecom takes teamwork across roles, functions, and countries.
To thrive in this role, we think you:
- Have experience working with business strategy, analysis, or go-to-market planning
- Are comfortable working with data, pricing models, and business cases
- Know how to collaborate across teams and get things done
- Can communicate fluently in English — a Nordic language is a bonus
We don’t need a personal letter unless there’s something important you’d like to explain that’s not in your CV or LinkedIn.
