At Novonesis, the newly formed company from the merger of Novozymes and Chr. Hansen, we are seeking a Junior Pricing & Data Analyst to help us elevate how we use data to support pricing strategy and commercial decision-making in the Food & Beverage Biosolutions (FBB) business area.
Welcome to Pricing & Commercial Analytics…
You will be part of Pricing & Commercial Analytics team of 5 colleagues with solid and diverse experience in Pricing and Commercial Excellence from various industries and consulting backgrounds. The team is responsible for pricing strategy, commercial analytics, and insights generation—and sits within Strategy, Integration & Commercial Excellence in the FBB organization.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Performing advanced data analytics to build data-driven insights that help identify commercial opportunities and achieve commercial objectives.
What you’ll do:
Analytics: Perform various commercial analysis on large datasets with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Knime and Power BI.
Modeling: Conduct scenario modeling to assess the impact of e.g. pricing changes. pipeline health etc.
Commercial Dashboards: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that enable Sales and Marketing teams to understand performance and take data-driven actions
Provide Data Insight: Translate commercial data to insight that is comprehensible by stakeholders to better understand their business and easily identify pricing challenges and opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share knowledge and support colleagues from Marketing and Sales to foster a collaborative learning environment, contributing as an integral member of the team.
To succeed you must hold:
You are in the final year of your bachelor or in the 1-2nd year of your master’s degree in Data Science, Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
You have passion and experience with data analytics and tools such as Python, SQL, or similar. You are a proficient Microsoft Excel wizard.
You enjoy problem-solving and turning data into actionable insights
You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Who you are:
You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights effectively. You are keen to learn and develop and set a strong footing in your career progression.
We expect you to be able to work 15-20 hours per week primarily from the offices in Hørsholm and Lyngby while being flexible with working hours and working from home.
