The e-Commerce Student Assistant is part of the e-Commerce unit located in the Channel Department in the Nordic & Baltic organization and supports the overall development and performance within the digital eco-system of GROHE.
The primary responsibility is to support the e-Commerce Channel Leader and partners within marketing activation, product launches and content – all from a commercial perspective. Secondly the e-Commerce student assistant also support with business administrative tasks such as sales analysis and monitoring GROHE’s online presence.
Internally, the e-Commerce Student Assistant work across markets, departments and with several stakeholders within the GROHE organization. Externally you will be in contact with numerous departments and stakeholders from our e-Commerce and retail partners in the region, as well as other external third parties and stakeholders.
The position is based in the Nordic & Baltic regional office in Copenhagen.
Primary Tasks:
- Monthly Performance reporting
- Online tracking and review of product launches
- Set up, track, and review various digital campaigns with customers
- Support and secure content and data implementation with key partners
- Support our e-Commerce partners ad hoc
Requirements:
- You are a second- or third-year bachelor student with an education focused on: Business Administration, e-Commerce, Digital Marketing or similar
- You have both a commercial and analytic mindset
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Proactive and self-disciplined as you will get a high level of independency and freedom in the role and must be comfortable in taking responsibility for your assignments
- You understand the value and need for being a team player and have good communication skills
- Fluent in English on business level in addition to fluency in a one of the Nordic languages
