Working in the Commercial team at Unifeeder
As a Commercial Process Excellence Specialist, you will be pivotal in analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing commercial processes across our global organization.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Business Partnering and collaborating with Unifeeder A/S’ Transformation Team, you will lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency, and customer value.
This high-impact role requires deep engagement with commercial units and cross-functional teams across Unifeeder’s international footprint. You will help ensure that our commercial processes are digitally enabled, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
This position is based at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. However, for the right candidate, a hybrid work model can be discussed.
We are looking for candidates already based in Denmark, and proficiency in English is essential. While knowledge of Danish is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
Willingness to travel occasionally to engage with international teams and stakeholders is required.

Key responsibilities
- Analyze current commercial processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Lead the design and implementation of optimized, standardized, and automated solutions (including AI-enabled processes)
- Collaborate with the Transformation Team, IT, other business functions, and your colleagues in Commercial to implement strategic process improvements
- Act as a process ambassador, ensuring that commercial operations support a seamless, end-to-end customer journey
- Promote knowledge sharing and alignment across geographies, departments, and stakeholder groups
- Contribute to successful outcomes of commercial business partnering projects from planning to implementation
Who are you?
We are looking for a structured and solution-oriented individual with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for process improvement.
We value practical experience and result over academic credentials, and we welcome diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3–5 years of experience in business process management, ideally within a commercial or customer-facing environment
- Experience with commercial platforms (e.g., CRM systems); knowledge of maritime or shipping is a plus but not required
- A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex issues into actionable solutions
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); Danish is a plus but not essential
