As part of our growth journey, we are looking to strengthen the Commercial Operations Team with a full-time Commercial Data & Analytics Intern. The position can be located in either Denmark, Switzerland, or Germany. The role will work in collaboration with the commercial teams to support data analysis and produce and maintain dashboards to track KPIs.

Key responsibilities:
- Analyze field force and sales performance data to uncover actionable insights
- Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to improve reporting and transparency
- Track SF performance KPIs to support sales managers' activities and improve sales execution
- Ensure data consistency and data quality by performing checks and validations
- Support the Data & Analytics team with ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks
- Respond to data and analysis requests from commercial stakeholders across departments
Qualifications, preferred skills, and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree/completion of a Master´s degree in Statistics, Business, Econometrics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and DAX, and Excel
- Comfortable working with large datasets and complex data structures
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a big plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Relevant previous experience is a strong plus
The position is for a min. of 6 months.
