Core Responsibilities
Develop and drive processes for the Nature Impacts team’s (covering water, waste, biodiversity, pollution) data collection across the LEGO Group’s Value Chain and construct governance while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integration across business areas
Develop and maintain disclosures aligned with voluntary reporting (e.g. CDP) and regulatory requirements (e.g. CSRD)
Track and report progress against biodiversity, water, waste, pollution, and land use important metrics, supporting sustainability goals and leadership expectations
Build analytics tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support nature-positive business decisions
Support risk assessments and compliance, integrating nature-related risks into broader ESG and enterprise risk frameworks
Collaborate across functions (e.g., Operations, Procurement, Finance) to embed nature and biodiversity analytics into core strategies and reporting

The Nature Impacts team sits within the core LEGO Group Sustainability department and defines the global strategies for Water, Waste, Pollution and Biodiversity across the value chain, as well as beneficial actions to carbon and nature that sit outside the value chain.
This role will operate at the intersection of our Nature agenda, Corporate Reporting, and Predictive Analytics
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor's or equivalent experience or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Analytics, Natural Resources, or related field
Proven experience in sustainability reporting, ESG analytics, or environmental data management
Strong understanding of biodiversity, ecosystem services, and nature-related risks
Experience with reporting frameworks (e.g., CDP, TNFD, GRI, SBTN)
Strong skills in data analytics, dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Excel
Ability to interpret sophisticated data and communicate it effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
