🧠 What you’ll be doing
As an SDR at Famly, your mission is simple (but not easy): spark meaningful conversations with childcare providers and show them how Famly can make a huge difference in their day-to-day work.
Here’s what that looks like:
Reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and social—no scripts, just real conversations
Asking smart questions, listening deeply, and tailoring how you pitch Famly
Using our killer content to educate and inspire the market
Becoming an expert in our space and constantly sharpening your talk track
Handling objections with confidence, empathy, and curiosity
Booking quality demos that lead to real value (and revenue)
Working closely with your AE teammates to hit ambitious goals
Prepping for your next step with training in product demos, pipeline management, and more
