In our Software Products department, we develop software products to our internal stakeholders as well as end customers, just as we maintain, monitor and refine those products. We offer a key position that involves leading a software development team, product maintenance of our core software products as well as supporting strategic R&D development initiatives.
Passion about software and people management
As Team Lead, your overall responsibility will be to lead, motivate and develop your team, enabling you to continuously maintain, develop and deliver software products within the software product lifecycle, according to the product roadmaps and strategies to the benefit of our customers. You and your team will collaborate closely with other product teams, the project organization and the product management team to ensure optimal software delivery. Equal importantly, you will have a strong focus on making the team grow and thrive whilst ensuring a smooth day-to-day working structure. Together with your peers of further product development teams you will commonly work on holistic software suite landscape for a variety of businesses.
More specifically, the job includes:
- Development and delivery of software projects based on the agreed software R&D roadmap in quality, time and budget responsibility.
- Strong stakeholder management of various disciplines including Product Management, Finance, Market as well as Innovation and Technology.
- Striving for focus on user requirements and customer centricity making use of latest technologies and AI.
- Maintaining backlogs and prioritizing tasks and forecasting using agile methodologies.
- Daily management of a team of about 4-8 software developers, also considering partners or 3rd party setups in different locations, partially with people responsibility.
- Development of your team to maximize the potential of the team as well as the individuals.
- Delivery management for your teams, strong focus on CI/CD, lean architecture and quality
- Ensuring that our software teams improve software delivery and operational performance
- Reporting to the Head of Software Product Supply & Maintenance

Whether you are an experienced SW product owner and you want to combine it with people management/leading a development team, we want to hear from you. You are reliable and responsible, and you can communicate with people on all professional levels – both your team, customers, peers and further stakeholders. Lastly, you have an organized and analytical mindset, so that you can easily comprehend complex tasks.
Furthermore, we imagine that you:
- You have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business informatics or similar.
- You have several years of experience as a manager, team leader or similar or you want to take the next step in your career towards leading a development team.
- You have experience with, or an interest in, the development of software products as well as project management.
- You speak and write English fluently. Additional languages welcome.
