Student Assistant – Internal Integration Services within the Enterprise Integrations Department in the DSV Global IT organisation

As a Student Assistant you will work with the Internal Integration Services team in Enterprise Integrations Department in the DSV Global IT-organisation
Based in our HQ in Hedehusene, you will be part of a global team providing administration support to the Internal Integration Service Director and his managers.
We imagine that you will spend your days:
- Ensuring the team organisation charts are updated
- Arranging and facilitating meetings
- Minuting meetings
- Assisting with preparing presentations
- Supporting with other administration tasks
You are organised, good at handling stakeholders and driving a quality mindset.
Ideally, you are a structured person with strong communication and collaboration skills. In terms of your experience we imagine that you most likely are/have
- A student within business, communication, IT or another relevant field.
- Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and AI.
- A good understanding of IT.
- Flair for organisation and communication.
- Interested in working within an international environment where our colleagues are from different countries.
- Fluent in speaking and writing English.
