Job Description

We are looking for a university student who want to join our world of coffee and tea. As a student, you will play an important role in the successful implementation and maintenance of a contract management system (CLM) in our company. You will act as an internal "super user" with in-depth knowledge of how to use the system, maintain contract templates, guidelines and instructions, collect improvement suggestions and present them to your immediate manager.
As a student assistant, you will work closely with several cross-functional teams, which will give you a real opportunity to learn the dynamics of an international company. There are opportunities to be part of our European and global team where we share knowledge across a wide range of disciplines.
We prioritize social gatherings such as team events, annual Nordic conferences, coffee tastings, Friday bars and more. Here you get the opportunity to network and get to know the Nordic organization
We are looking for a student assistant to support training and system knowledge within our team.
- Monitor and report on system usage and user adoption.
- Help provide training to users of the CLM solution.
- Help maintain system documentation and user manuals.
- Assist with the development and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades.
- Maintain training material and reintroduce relevant training.
- Collect internal feedback on the system adoption rate and present it to the project team/leader.
Qualifications
- Studying an IT program
- Can work based in Copenhagen
- Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian)
- Highly driven and thrives on working flexibly and independently
