P&C Assistant
As a P&C Assistent in the Nordics you have all administrative matters in perfect order and know how to provide information to employees and partners in the right way. You will support and facilitate the induction of new employees and participate in various HR projects.
What will you do in this varied position:
- You will be responsible for overall P&C Tasks Nordics, as well as Denmark and Sweden.
- Performs administrative and organizational work in the area of in and out of employment;
- Processing changes in payroll, pension and insurance;
- Acts as point of contact for questions from employees and contact with external organizations (such as employment agencies, health and safety service and schools).
- Follow up Legal issues for Sweden and Denmark
- Leave registration
- Registering and following up ickness and health
- Drafting and concluding employment contracts
- Answering regular employee questions
- Handle the MIdIT for, for example grant scholarships / internships + leave requests etc.
- Finance Audit, retrieve data from Danish / Swedish Systems
- Responsible for ESS app for both employees and managers
- Maintain Workday
Your profile:
- Completed HR education;
- 1-4 years of work experience in the HR profession;
- Knowledge of social laws and regulations and labor law;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent knowledge of the Danish language
- Knowledge of the Swedish language is a plus;
- Available 16 hours per week.
