The role
We’re looking for a self-driven and adaptable German-speaking Site Manager to execute and support our growth strategy. If you’re passionate about Content and SEO and have an obsessive curiosity about market trends and user behavior, we want to hear from you!
What you will be doing
- SEO Strategy: Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Website Management: Handle day-to-day website operations, including content editing and uploading.
- Site Audits: Monitor high-performing and underperforming pages. Share these insights with the team and create strategies to improve underperforming pages.
- Team Collaboration: Work with SEO, Product, and Design teams to enhance localisation and personalisation features.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports on website and content performance and lead monthly market meetings.
- Market Awareness: Stay up to date with trends, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure we remain competitive and compliant.
- Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions to continue developing your skills.
Who we are looking for
- Native proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English.
- 2+ years of experience as a site or content manager.
- Experience managing content across multiple content management systems.
- Proven experience in planning, researching, writing, and editing user-centric, SEO-optimised content designed to drive conversion.
- Ability to analyse past performance metrics to inform future strategies, as well as the ability to monitor copy performance and optimise accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- An obsessive curiosity about digital marketing trends and user behaviour.
- The ambition to create the best websites in the market.
