Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all on-site construction activities
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
- Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Prepare site reports and maintain documentation
- Resolve technical and operational challenges on site
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site management for civil construction projects
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction management software
