Are you the ambitious Key Account Manager joining our dynamic Danish Sales team? Are you ready to take on the journey of the current increasing growth potential within the world of coffee and tea?
We are looking for a driven Key Account Manager that is motivated by delivering excellent sales results with our market-leading brands in the Danish retail environment in collaboration with the full organizational force of JDE.
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing, developing and growing the accounts under hers/his management. You will have full P&L responsibility down to gross profit and have the freedom to optimize your accounts within the given frames. The KAM reports to the Retail Manager for Denmark.
Responsibilities / Key activities
- Commercial responsibility for some of the key accounts with high growth potential in Denmark
- Continuously develop and execute value-creating solutions and concepts with focus on earnings and growth in the categories represented by JDE and by our customers
- Plan and execute joint business planning with your accounts
- Plan and execute annual negotiations with key accounts
- Analyze and deduct insights from sales figures and other relevant data to constantly be able to optimize initiatives in the category that maintain your brands' leading position in the Danish market
- Work with Category Management and Brand Management to launch initiatives with your customers to drive sustainable growth for both parties.
Qualifications
- Preferably 2-5 years’ experience as KAM, understanding the customers value chain
- You work strategically and have a high level of detail discipline
- You thrive in a results-oriented and passionate environment
- You are good at creating strong internal and external relationships at all levels of the organization
- Fluent in Danish and English, and good knowledge of MS office
- You have a passion for strong brands and see yourself as a team player with the skill to also take accountability for your own ideas and drive.
