We are looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to contribute to Novo Holdings’ digital transformation and enhance the effectiveness of our business functions. We are now seeking a dedicated Salesforce Product Owner to take ownership of our CRM platform and ensure it meets the evolving needs of our teams.
You will be part of a dedicated, international, and dynamic digital team and will have significant operational freedom to shape and optimize our Salesforce platform.

The Job
As our Salesforce Product Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud within the company. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions to ensure the platform effectively supports the investments and related operational processes.
You will:
- Drive the implementation of our Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation to support business goals.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from various business units, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
- Configure system enhancements and workflow optimizations to improve efficiency and usability.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams and external Salesforce consultants to implement and maintain a best-in-class Salesforce implementation.
- Ensure high data quality, reporting accuracy, and system integrity within Salesforce.
- Train and support users in collaboration with change and adoption best practices to maximize adoption and effectiveness of the platform.
- Stay updated on Salesforce trends, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce, or a similar CRM system, with administration, consulting, or product ownership.
- A proven record of cases where you have collaborated with business stakeholders to support their needs and solve their issues using Salesforce, or a similar CRM system.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, or a similar CRM system, with hands-on experience in configuration, workflow automation, and reporting.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize business requirements from multiple functions.
- Experience in CRM strategy, data management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of financial or investment industry processes is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) or certifications from a similar CRM system are a plus
