Job Title: Senior Product Leader – Terminal Operating System (TOS)

connect the intermodal supply chain from order to execution. As part of our growth journey, we are
investing significantly in our Terminal Operating System (TOS) — the backbone of port and terminal
operations.
This is a key leadership role where you will own the TOS product end-to-end. You will define the
roadmap, drive innovation with AI-powered enhancements, and ensure that the system delivers
exceptional value to customers across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the TOS product strategy and roadmap, balancing long-term vision with customer and
market needs
- Partner with engineering to drive effective discovery and delivery cycles using lean/agile
practices
- Engage directly with terminal operators, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to
capture requirements and validate solutions
- Ensure scalability, efficiency, and usability of the TOS in real-world port and intermodal
environments
- Introduce AI-driven capabilities that enhance operational decision-making and automation
- Own end-to-end lifecycle management: from market analysis and design to rollout and
adoption
- Monitor performance, KPIs, and user feedback to continuously improve the product
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in lean/agile product development: dual-track discovery/delivery, story
mapping, impact mapping, prototype-driven validation
- Proven experience in supply chain and logistics; specific knowledge of ports, terminals,
intermodal transport, or existing TOS/GOS systems is a strong advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of working with both operational users
and senior executives
- Strong analytical ability; confident in using SQL/BI tools for data-driven decision-making
- Professional proficiency in English; Danish is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
