We are looking for an Executive Assistant who can combine top-notch coordination skills with proactive and positive energy and who will help shape and carry forward our collaborative culture in Novo Holdings.
As our Executive Assistant, you will report to our Chief Strategy Officer and you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting the full Strategy & People team, consisting of 20+ people globally. This role is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen.

Support our Strategy & People team while proactively contributing to the culture in Novo Holdings
Your key task will be to proactively provide high quality administrative support to our Chief Strategy Officer, the department Leadership team, as well as be a trusted go-to person for the whole Strategy & People team. In this role your responsibility will be:
- Be the right hand to leadership team: Manage calendars, priorities, and travel for the Chief Strategy Officer and department Leadership Team, always two steps ahead.
- Drive coordination across Strategy & People: Plan the annual wheel, support onboarding, and ensure key people processes run smoothly as well as smooth coordination with the rest of the organisation.
- Create impact through communication & events: Draft and proofread presentations, support external meetings, and collaborate with our event manager to deliver inspiring off-sites and social activities in Denmark and abroad.
- Act as a trusted connector: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and provide ad hoc administrative support that keeps the Strategy & People department running seamlessly.
As Executive Assistant you will be part of our cross-departmental EA network, where we share knowledge and experiences from diverse backgrounds, providing a great platform for knowledge sharing and development, helping and supporting each other and optimizing ways of working across Novo Holdings.
About you
We are looking for a person with strong motivation for the Executive Assistant tasks. You have relevant experience as EA/PA or Team Coordinator, preferably from professional services, financial institutions, or the investment environment.
We imagine that you
- have 5+ years of solid experience supporting executives or senior leaders
- enjoy supporting an entire department rather than focusing on a single leader
- are structured, resourceful, and motivated by enabling others to succeed
- work proactively, think two steps ahead, and balance attention to detail with maintaining an overview
- bring a strong record of accomplishment as an Executive Assistant or Team Coordinator, with proven high performance and trusted references
- possess strong presence and a confident, approachable personality, making you a natural culture ambassador
- are fluent in English and Danish, both spoken and written, and navigate effortlessly in Microsoft 365
- are curious and quick to adopt new digital tools, enabling high efficiency in daily work
