We are looking for a colleague who is motivated to ensure smooth operations, stable deployments, and effective monitoring of our solutions.

How you will make an impact
As Salesforce Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of our Salesforce platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support and assistance to Salesforce users
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to applications and integrations
- Managing and executing deployment processes on a regular cadence
- Assisting in updates and new developments across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
- Documenting processes and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
- Supporting system monitoring to secure performance and availability

- Have experience with Salesforce technical support and administration
- Are confident troubleshooting issues and improving system functionality
- Bring knowledge of deployment processes and DevOps practices
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Are curious, structured, and motivated to learn
- Background in FMCG or similar industries
