We are on the lookout for a Student Assistant to join Strategic Finance, which is a vibrant finance team at Arla Foods, located at our Headquarters in Viby J, Aarhus, Denmark. Here, you will work closely with experienced professionals enhancing your understanding of financial performance management.
How will you make an impact?
As our Student Assistant, you will add value by supporting the team on tasks related to performance management across various initiatives.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Support our annual target setting process and contribute with valuable input for data driven decision making at Arla
- Co-drive deliverables and insight generation towards our externally published annual- and half-year report
- Supporting our cost target governance and optimizing our financial models in Excel
- Supporting our internal performance reporting, analytics & insight generation
- Involvement in relevant ad hoc tasks
What will make you successful?
We are looking for candidates who are in the early stages of their master's degree in Finance, Economics or related fields. You are flexible and able to work approximately 10-15 hours per week.
We expect you have:
- A structured approach and a keen eye for details
- Good financial and business understanding
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentation material. Experience with SAP BW and PowerBI is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to engage effectively with stakeholders
- A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving
