About the team
You’ll be joining the Omnichannel Customers & Partner group — a solid setup made up of three cross-functional teams that all work closely with Salesforce as our core platform.
We work in a DevOps setup where developers also help run and improve the solutions they build. The teams are a mix of Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Tech Leads, Developers, and Business Analysts, and we collaborate closely across roles.
Our setup also includes remote developers based in Kuala Lumpur, so we’re used to working across time zones and keeping communication clear and open. We value knowledge sharing, pair programming, and helping each other grow.
We’re big on learning and offer access to Salesforce certifications, internal training, and personal development opportunities — both technical and soft skills. Whether you’re into deep diving on Apex or improving your product mindset, there’s room for you to grow here.
Who are you?
We evaluate candidates based on their personality, eagerness to learn, ability to deliver results, teamwork skills, and overall fit for the department. Although the following qualifications are ideal, they should not deter you from applying if you believe you are a strong match:
- A background in IT or a related technical field
- Several years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Salesforce Configuration and Integrations (REST, Callouts, Salesforce standard API)
- Familiarity with development tools such as SFDX, Git, and Jenkins
- Experience within the insurance or financial services industry is a significant advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
- A curious mindset is welcomed. We value innovation and fresh ideas
