Two of our HR Business Advisors, supporting the business units Technology & Transformation (T&T) and Audit & Assurance (A&A), are going on maternity leave and we are therefore looking for two new colleagues to join our HR Business Advisor teams in Copenhagen, temporarily, while they are away.
About the team
The HR Business Advisor teams, which consist of HR Business Advisors and HR Consultants, drive and support HR matters across a diverse group of managers. The focus is on guiding and sparring with the management, executing the performance agenda and implementing strategic people initiatives – in close cooperation with the respective business unit’s senior management team.
In both roles, you will make an impact by:
- Advising and guiding leaders across Deloitte Technology & Transformation or Audit & Assurance on people matters (e.g. performance management, well-being, illness, vacation, retention)
- Running the yearly HR-activities incl. engagement survey, upward feedback, and performance set-up
- Analyzing and interpreting HR data and key figures and facilitating dialogue across teams
- Being part of the HR Business Advisor team and provide support on cross-functional HR initiatives and processes
- Push decisions and initiatives forward
Qualifications
We are looking for two new colleagues, one senior profile and a more junior profile. In both positions you will be responsible for executing well-established processes as well as contributing to the optimization of these in an organization where no two days are alike.
We expect that you are proactive and structured with team spirit who enjoys combining HR and business with an excellent ability to understand the areas you work with. You take responsibility of own areas and tasks, and you contribute in the joint effort to achieve goals for the team.
What you bring to the team:
- For the senior profile, supporting T&T, we expect that you have
- At least 5-8 years of experience in HR matters and how to guide and advice in these
- Strong experience with guiding senior stakeholders in people matters related to both operational and strategic task
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- A relevant education, e.g. M.Sc., HD or similar with focus on HR or business
- For the junior profile, supporting A&A, we expect that you have
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR consultant or HR business advisor position
- The willingness to work with both operational and tactical tasks
- Experience of advising a diverse set of stakeholders
- Project management skills with demonstrable track record
- For both roles, we expect that you have
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills
- A fluent Danish and English proficiency, spoken as well as written, which is a prerequisite
- Strong competences in the Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint).
