HR Business Partner with Nordic Outlook

As our next HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives that help GlobalConnect grow and thrive. You’ll work alongside senior leadership teams to bring our business strategy to life through people-focused solutions, and you’ll be involved in diverse and impactful projects, with key responsibilities that include:
·Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders and their teams, providing strategic HR guidance.
·Develop and empower your designated leadership teams by driving central people processes such as leader review, succession planning, performance appraisals, and salary review.
·Collaborate on strategic people initiatives, supporting, shaping and facilitating unit-specific initiatives, and translating business strategies into actionable people plans.
·Enhance and evolve central HR practices, always with an eye on continuous improvement, so we can build a strong foundation for the future.

What you’ll bring to the Team

·A solid understanding of business and HR, paired with an extensive HR toolkit that enables you to manage your own BP area.
·Great communication and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to navigate a matrix organization and collaborate effectively with both the business and your People & Culture colleagues.
·A knack for achieving results through a thoughtful mix of patience, firmness, structure, and stakeholder management.
Preferred competencies and experience:
·Experience as a strategic people business partner within in a Nordic or Global organization, ideally in a matrix organization.
·Knowledge of Danish employment legislation and how it affects key people processes.
·Proficiency in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish, and proficiency in English.

You’ll be part of our People Business Partnering team made up of senior colleagues based in Oslo, Stockholm and Copenhagen. We each have our own specific business units, and while we operate independently, we work closely to stay aligned, share challenges and insights, celebrate success, and support one another.
