HR Student Assistant, Nordic & Baltic

Then the position as HR Student Assistant at GROHE (part of LIXIL) might be the right match for you.

The HR Student Assistant supports the HR Business Partner with primarily operational and administrative tasks that keep our people agenda running smoothly. You will play a key role in creating a seamless employee journey, from contracts and onboarding to internal communications and events, while ensuring our HR data is accurate and up to date.

Internally, you will work across markets, departments, and stakeholders within the Nordic & Baltic organization. Externally, you will be in contact with partners such as our lunch catering service, cleaning company, parking provider, and other third parties.

The position is based in our Nordic & Baltic regional office in Copenhagen.


Primary Tasks:

  • Create contracts, employment letters, and salary letters
  • Support the onboarding experience: send welcome emails, prepare onboarding programmes, update organizational charts, and schedule training sessions
  • Contribute to internal communications by drafting newsflashes announcing organizational updates
  • Update and maintain employee data in our HR systems
  • Assist in recruitment processes for student positions (scheduling, coordination, postings, and candidate communication)
  • Act as the key contact for lunch catering service, cleaning company, and office parking
  • Coordinate selected employee benefits
  • Support planning and execution of company events
  • Handle ad hoc HR and office-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • You are a university student with relevant study area within Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or similar
  • You have at least two years left, for instance first year master student or third year bachelor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and service-minded approach
  • High integrity and respect for confidentiality and data privacy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; comfortable coordinating across teams and stakeholders
  • Fluent in English at business level, in addition to fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages
