What you’ll do
As a Facility Support at Implement Consulting Group, you’ll support the Facility Team in maintaining and improving our physical spaces. You’ll support the team in a variety of tasks, from hands-on maintenance and repairs to administrative duties. Your role is essential in ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with general maintenance tasks, including repairs, installations, and upkeep of equipment and facilities
- Respond promptly to facility-related requests and provide exceptional customer service
- Keep our offices organised
- Perform routine inspections to identify and address potential issues
- Support with basic administrative tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
What you’ll bring
The role requires some specific qualifications, including basic technical skills and familiarity with tools and equipment. If you happen to have wall-painting skills, that would be considered a plus. On top of that, you must:
- Be familiar with the Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Hold a driver’s licence (category B)
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Be flexible in handling various tasks and adapting to changing priorities
