How you will make an impact
As our new IT Onsite Junior Supporter, you will provide 1st & 2nd line support to end-users, handling a wide variety of IT-related tasks locally and at other sites in Denmark and internationally. You will work proactively to deliver excellent service and ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and infrastructure.
You will:
- Provide customer-oriented support on installations, maintenance, and user management of end-user devices, videoconference systems, and mobile devices.
- Support in a Windows 11 environment, installing Arla-approved software and ensuring compliance of digital applications.
- Analyse and solve hardware and software issues in close collaboration with our Service Desk and internal IT departments.
- Introduce new employees to Arla’s IT infrastructure and support processes during onboarding.
- Document solutions and best practices in the shared knowledge base, and participate in global projects and knowledge-sharing groups.
What will make you successful
We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus and a can-do attitude, who thrives on solving problems and supporting colleagues. You likely have some experience in IT support and enjoy working in a team-oriented, international environment.
We expect you to have:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, MS Teams, Active Directory/Azure, and MS Intune.
- Experience supporting laptops/desktops, Apple/iOS/Android devices, and basic knowledge of AV/conference equipment.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and network infrastructure support is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills in Danish (native) and English (good level).
