Drive the energy management strategy, including monitoring, reporting, and energy efficiency initiatives,
Oversee pest control, fire protection, and safety systems,
Support and deliver reinvestment and modification projects aligned with EHS and sustainability goals,
Lead teams managing cleanroom cleaning (under GMP) and facility compliance.
Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute a long-term Facility Management strategy aligned with both site and global objectives,
Collaborate with senior leaders across Engineering, QA, QC, Development, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Manufacturing, and Corporate Functions,
Lead and develop a diverse team of managers and specialists through coaching, goal setting, and performance reviews,
Ensure functional budgets and resource plans are aligned with business priorities.
Your Qualifications:
A relevant degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field,
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in facility management,
Experience in a complex manufacturing or regulated environment,
Proven ability to manage both technical infrastructure and service delivery,
Strong knowledge of EHS, energy systems, and GMP/cleanroom facility compliance (GMP experience is a plus),
