Brand Activation Coordinator, Europe

THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional candidate to join our Lynge, Denmark based team as Brand Activation Coordinator. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in promoting the brand globally to support its growth. The candidate will be accountable for recommending brand activation initiatives in Europe in line with business objectives and ensuring their coordination and successful execution, while respecting deadlines and allocated budgets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate to the development and coordination of, and execute European activation initiatives based on the brand’s pillars of Health, Local Passion & Performance.
- Manage and own the European Showroom in Lynge to maximize opportunities to activate it and use it to drive sales in collaboration with the European sales team.
- Contribute to maintaining the calendar of brand activation initiatives up to date, including but not limited to key events, athlete sponsorships and partnerships.
- Work in collaboration with European Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities and understand the needs and requirements to ensure successful activations.
- Create and edit photo and video content for social media (light photo editing, reels and short clips).
- Coordinate and collaborate with external suppliers, such as photographers, videographers, graphic designers, copywriters, translators, etc., to produce content that respects the brand guidelines and ensures that established objectives are met.
- Follow brand guidelines to create marketing collateral.
- Represent the brand and interact with riders, dealers, ambassadors, etc. during activations and on social media, promoting bikes and driving sales.
- Track relevant KPIs and perform post-mortems to ensure continuous improvement of activations.
- Support the marketing team with various tasks when requested.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Post secondary education or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or communications.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Good mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere).
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of the competitive or recreational cycling universe.
- Ability to travel and flexibility to adapt work schedule to attend events (evenings and weekends) up to 20% of time.
- English mandatory, both spoken and written.
