Your new role in Global Branding & Design
As our new Brand Project Manager, you will play a central role in evolving and maintaining a robust brand platform with user-friendly tools for implementation, ensuring brand execution is aligned with our strategy. Leveraging your strong project management skills, you will tackle multifaceted tasks and responsibilities. You will work closely with the Head of Branding and Identity, your team in HQ and Chennai, marketing and communication teams, and corporate functions to achieve our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for a strong brand experience as the lead Brand Guardian for the brand platform, strategy, and tools. Provide guidance on branding and drive the agenda proactively.
- Develop and implement brand tools to enhance brand equity and ensure consistent brand implementation across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the head of brand to strengthen and evolve the platform.
- Project manage initiatives, including campaigns, tool implementation, and events to boost brand presence.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, communications) to ensure alignment and execution of the brand platform.
- Monitor performance and track key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure global compliance with guidelines and standards (e.g., legal, procurement, GDPR).
- Empower the organization to understand and embrace the brand by providing clear guidelines across all channels.
- Support internal teams and ensure agencies and collaboration partners work on-brand, optimize processes and create guidelines.
- Take part in ensure high-quality deliveries from our Global Design Center in Chennai by working closely with the team and serving as the gatekeeper for on-brand executions.
- Inspire and motivate different business profiles and functions, fostering excitement and buy-in for brand experiences.
- Manage brand presence and utilization on key tools such as Templafy and Frontify.

- Deep understanding of the dynamics of branding in a global organization, effectively navigating complex stakeholder networks.
- Hands-on approach while empowering everyone to become brand guardians.
- Convincing communicator, skilled in writing compelling texts and creating convincing presentations.
- Excited about implementing and overseeing systems and tools for brand management.
- Create followers while remaining firm on on-brand strategies.
- Knowledge and experience with brand tracking and analysis, activating insights and findings.
- Enthusiastic about exploring AI tools, creating systems, guidelines, and innovating ways to stay on-brand.
- Experience with external creative suppliers and internal creative teams, handling setups, briefs, budget/timeline agreements, and overseeing production.

We are searching for a brand project manager with:
- You may be in the beginning of your career, changing track or very experienced but no matter what you have some experience in working with brand management and very importantly a strong interest and passion for both creating brand systems and processes to ensure brand consistency and implementation and perhaps also a knack for brand storytelling.
- Strong project management skills.
- Solid commercial understanding and stakeholder management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
