At dentsu Northern Europe, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team for a 10–12 months maternity cover (depending on start date).
Key responsibility:
Your main focus is to help us proactively create and establish talent pools for volume/hard-to-fill roles. You will also drive recruitment processes from A-Z based on established processes in close partnership with various hiring managers in the Nordics.

- Work in our Global ATS, Workday.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure GDPR compliance.
- Work in different projects.
You will report to Suzana Petterson, TA Lead Northern Europe.

Qualifications
- +2 year of experience with end-to-end recruitment.
- Sourcing skills @ LinkedIn.
- Comfortable working in a process-oriented setting in a high-paced environment.
- Excel with the responsibility of driving your own portfolio of recruitment processes along with different TA-related projects.
- Be comfortable with a lot of stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Structure is key!
- Effective communication skills.
- Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language
