About the role
As the Partner Communications Manager, Global, you will be responsible for developing, executing and reporting on our global partner communication strategy. You will be the main point of contact for Milestone partner communication, and ensure that our key business partners, distributors, resellers and technology partners are provided with all relevant information in a timely manner.
Additionally, you will help facilitate cross-collaboration internally and drive momentum for Partners. You will be part of the Partner marketing team, which focuses on accelerating partnerships with Milestone through different tools and tactics.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with content, creative and marketing teams to deliver unique and interesting content to share on our external channels.
- Work with the communication department to evaluate our social media capabilities to inform and activate partners.
- Proactively develop creative communications to provide Distributors, Resellers and Technology partners with knowledge, tools and resources.
- Manage the content calendar per partner type and ensure it’s always up-to-date and shared across the organization.
- Translate complex messaging into clear, concise, and reader-friendly copy.
- Proofread and edit materials for clarity, style consistency, spelling, and grammar.
- Evangelize partner communications norms across the Milestone teams and serve as a resource to colleagues on partner communications best practices.
- Oversee the collection and publication of metrics (KPIs) showcasing the communications efforts and leverage data to recommend improvements.
- Share KPIs such as Partner portal insights, Open rate, CTR, Bounce rate with management on a monthly basis.
- Gather partner insights through NPS surveys and other feedback channels, sharing key findings with the company to inform strategy and improve partner engagement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance communication and improve processes.
- Participate in change management activities, helping to develop and execute plans that enable successful partner marketing efforts: partner programs updates, or any other partner communication projects.
Preferred qualifications and skills
- Native English speaker
- Between 6-10 years’ experience in a partner communications role.
- Understanding of 2 Tier Business Model
- Ability to develop, deliver and measure an ambitious multi-channel communications strategy for a scale-up global organization.
- Ability to develop key relationships with stakeholders and influence senior executives.
- Project management and time management skills.
- Experience of presenting to stakeholders both internal and external.
- Ability to make decisions in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
