We are looking for a Global Product Manager to join our global Product Management team in Agilent’s Clinical Diagnostics Division. The role is based in Glostrup, Denmark and will be part of a team managing our Pathology IVD Solutions, including systems, reagents, software and services for Clinical Laboratories around the World.

In addition to working with the team of Global Product Managers, you will be in daily interactions with other parts of the Agilent Marketing organization, production sites, R&D, Finance, Regulatory, Logistics, Quality and Field organization.
In this role you will be :
- Develop and execute product portfolio strategies and initiatives to drive improved sales, market share and profitability in alignment with the Agilent Clinical Diagnostics Division business & marketing strategy.
- Co-developing a strategic project within laboratory informatics which will unlock the power of data to maximize laboratory productivity.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth understanding of pathology market, competitor landscape and customer needs across segments.
- Identify and evaluate market and portfolio opportunities based on customer segmentation, growth potentials and unmet customer needs.
- Optimize product portfolio performance and quality to be competitive and meet customer expectations.
- Drives Product Life Cycle Management activities
- Act as the customer champion in the broader Division
Qualifications
- +10 years of experience from diagnostics or MedTech industry in a commercial/and or technical role
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders across the organization and within a global matrix
- Experience from Global as well as affiliate/field role is desired
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative to drive for results
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Experience with Product Management or lab productivity area is a plus
- Experience within Clinical diagnostics is a plus
