This pivotal role is central to driving the development and P&L for key global customers. You will report to the Managing Director, Global Key Accounts and lead the development and execution of account strategies that drive sustainable growth, deepen executive-level partnerships, and create long-term value for both the customer and our business
Key responsibilities :
- Own the full P&L and long-term strategy for global key accounts, driving sustainable growth and account profitability.
- Build and lead strategic account plans that align with business objectives and customer goals.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner and trusted partner to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-country teams to deliver seamless execution across product launches, service delivery, and business development.
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams through innovation, portfolio expansion, and strategic initiatives.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally—sharing data-driven insights to influence innovation, commercial strategy, and operational excellence.
- Drive rigorous performance tracking, including forecast accuracy, budget alignment, and regular business reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
- Manage account risks and ensure business continuity through proactive planning and stakeholder engagement.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial or sales-focused role with a strong track record of business impact
- Demonstrated success in owning P&L, driving revenue growth, and managing commercial negotiations
- Proven ability to define and execute account strategy across global or complex environments
- Experience working directly with senior executives and influencing decision-making at the leadership level
- Skilled at using data to inform commercial decisions and monitor performance
