Talent & Organization in Accenture have two distinct capabilities, Change Management & HR Transformation, where we are searching for new talents to join us in helping our clients in areas like:
- Develop change narratives that underpin vision and strategy
- Leadership alignment and change management leadership
- Ensure proper communication, training, and upskilling
- Define change measurements and anchor benefit realization
- Support cultural change and development
- Enable HR strategy, HR operating model, and Talent strategy
- Envision HR capabilities required to access talent, create talent and unlock people’s potential
- Enforce HR service and delivery through data, technology, and AI
As a consultant in the Talent & Organization team, you will collaborate with our clients to solve their toughest issues, realize their most promising opportunities, and deliver real results. Our consulting practice is focused on supporting and delivering transformation programs of the largest companies/public sector institutions in the Nordics. In addition, you will work with building and managing client relationships, business development and build a skillset to become an innovative leader of tomorrow. Through your project experiences combined with Accenture’s best-practice methodologies, you will further develop your toolbox and skillset to become a future subject matter expert within your area of passion for either change management or HR transformation.

About you
You have a relevant background in business / organizational development either from management or HR consulting, or inhouse from a medium to large-scale company. You are passionate about the people perspective of business and want to develop your subject matter expertise within the Talent & Organization offerings and by continuously learning new topics, networking internally and externally, and refining your unique perspective. You are motivated to build trusted client relationship and work together with clients, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams. You have good skills in self-leadership, can balance and prioritize your own work, and most importantly are a great colleague to work with!
Skill Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant work experience related to Talent & Organization topics
- Previous management consulting experience and solid consulting skills are seen as a strength, but not a prerequisite
- Relevant Master’s degree (e.g. business, engineering, behavioral & social sciences)
- Proficiency and confidence working in English
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skill and digitally savvy; curious and passionate about technology, understands its impact on business and society
- Drive; enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results
- Customer-oriented mindset and interest in participating in business and solution development
